  1. Project Coordinator

    Automated Systems (H.K.) Limited (ASL)
    Client: Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (HACTL)

    • Keep HACTL's day‑to‑day operations running onsite in a 24/7 air cargo terminal, working to the client's shift roster.
    • Set up, configure and troubleshoot computers, printers and Honeywell devices.
    • Handle ISRs (service requests) and INCs (incidents) end to end, documenting and reporting each case in line with client policies and company procedures.
    • Resolve Microsoft and Windows issues, Active Directory accounts, and the day‑to‑day problems of company PCs.
    • Provide application support for HACTL's internal systems, bridging IT teams and operational users.
    • Carry out PC migrations and hardware replacements, from workstations to keyboards and peripherals.

  2. IT Support

    Primetech Technology Limited

    • Executed ~150 Windows 11 migrations in 2 months (~18–19 per week) for HACTL, meeting quality and throughput targets.
    • Hardened and configured workstations per SOP with security baselines and standard images.
    • Delivered Tier 1 support across the rollout, triaging issues to keep deployment fast and users happy.
    • Documented investigations and escalated root causes to refine playbooks and prevent recurrences.

    • Led development of front‑end websites and mobile applications.
    • Fine‑tuned AI models to improve performance and functionality.
